How it works

Three simple steps

  1. Step 1

    Join the live 3-day bootcamp

Three calm, focused sessions over three days — together, in real time.

  2. Step 2

    Learn a simple advocacy framework

Get real scripts and language you can use in the conversations that matter.

  3. Step 3

    Start using it right away

Walk into your next conversation clearer, calmer, and more supported.

If this sounds familiar…

You know you need support. But asking for it feels risky.

  • Risky to your relationships.
  • Risky to your job.
  • Risky to how people see you.

So instead of being clear…

  • You soften it.
  • You apologize.
  • You over-explain.
  • Or you stay quiet.

And your needs still go unmet.

Boundaries get crossed. Support falls through.

And you carry the cost:

  • Stress
  • Exhaustion
  • Resentment
  • Burnout

All while trying to make everyone else comfortable.

Clear advocacy changes that

The problem isn't your needs. It's how you've been taught to communicate them.

Unclear needs lead to inconsistent support. And that makes life harder:

  • At work
  • In relationships
  • At appointments
  • At home

In this bootcamp, you'll learn to advocate clearly — without changing who you are.

Not by being louder. Not by being harsher. Not by pretending it's easy. But by learning how to:

  • Name what's happening
  • Ask for what you need
  • Set clear boundaries
  • Build support systems that actually work

That's what we're building in this bootcamp.

Two paths

What changes when you learn to advocate clearly

If nothing changes

  • You keep over-explaining
  • Your needs keep getting missed
  • You keep carrying the emotional and physical cost
  • Advocacy feels exhausting, unclear, inconsistent

When you learn this

  • You communicate with clarity and confidence
  • People understand what you need — and follow through
  • You feel supported instead of drained
  • Life becomes easier to navigate
